However, I don't know why it's giving me grief in Lothering when it didn't during the preamble of the Tower of Ishal and the Wilds. The ONLY thing I haven't done, because it keeps crashing, is resetting the level of graphics. But for the most part, if it's been suggested, I've tried it. I'm not spectacular at being told: DO THIS. It was set off, but I'm trying anything and everything to get it working. I set the setting to enable administrator, but don't get asked anything. Sometimes, I can't even LOAD the game and it crashes. In the last few days, however, now that I'm in the fields with the bandits or fighting off Lothering locals, the game crashes on me as soon as I start to fight. Idk if windows 11 will make it worse or not but either way I wouldn't expect it to be stable IrishBear 2 yr. The game crashes often unless you do a few tricks like making it run at 4gb. But I'd just reboot my laptop and restart the game (I save a lot) and play. I can't offer much info but origins is barely compatible with windows 10. The game would crash, sometimes, if I alt-tabbed out and then came back in. All the cut scenes and play has been fine. So, I'm trying to play DAO and I'm in Lothering. Ok, this is not exactly a 'new' topic, but I can't seem to find any answers that work.
